This recipe comes once again from chocolate covered katie… you rock girl!
This is super yummy and you can use it two ways:
-gingerbread cookie dough balls
-or as gingerbread butter from pb & j sandwiches!
Gingerbread butter:
-6 tablespoons peanut butter
-3 tablespoons molasses
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-sprinkle of ginger and nutmeg
Mix, mix mix and enjoy your seasonal spread!!
Add a little more cinnamon to dry it out, and then shape spoonfuls into balls to make gingerbread dough balls! Anything better than vegan cookie dough by the spoonful?
