Raw Chia Blueberry Jam: Recipe adapted from Instructables
1/2 cup berries (This time I used blueberries), crushed.
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons raw agave nectar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
This is by far the best way to have oatmeal I’ve ever tried! I would like to add a few strawberries, or raspberries when they are in season, I bet those would make a great addition!
Healthy Vegan Chocolate Oatmeal: (Recipe from Chocolate Covered Katie)
-1/2 cups Rolled Oats
-3/4 cup Almond milk (make yours homemade with ida-the-vita)
-2 tablespoons raw Cacao powder (cocoa will work too)
-1 tablespoon Honey
In a small sauce pan, mash the banana in the almond milk, and add all the other ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat, stirring with a fork often when it starts to bubble! Enjoy!

It’s easy to make your own cranberry sauce but many recipes call for Gelatin, an easy way for vegetarians to replace this pesky ingredient is to let it boil a little longer and add a slight big more sugar.
-One bag fresh cranberries
-juice of one orange
-Zest of one lemon
-One cup sugar
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes, or untill it had thickened. If you encounter a problem and after 40 minutes the sauce is nowhere near thick enough, slowly add a teaspoon of cornstarch.

Today I made myself a wonderful Jar-full-of Peanut butter sweetened with Agave Nectar! Yum. I also made some magical Sunflower seed butter, sweetened with Honey.
-1 cup dry roasted Peanuts
-2 tablespoons Canola oil
-1 tablespoon Agave nectar
Mix all in a food processor, until the peanuts turn creamy and no longer grainy.
Sunflower Seed Butter
-1 cup sunflower seeds
-2 tablespoons Canola oil
-1 1/2 tablespoon Honey
Mix all in a food processor, the butter should turn a creamy light gray.
You may adapt this recipe to any nuts. Almonds and Cashews are also known for their great butters!
Cocoa and Banana milkshakes
-2 ripe Bananas
-one cup Milk
-one teaspoon Cocoa
-1/2 teaspoon Castor super fine sugar
-1/2 teaspoon Almond extract
-(2-5) ice cubes
