This was yummy and I loved making a sandwich to eat while decorating ginger bread houses!
Ginger-bread Butter: (Recipe from Chocolate Covered Katie)
-6 tablespoons Organic peanut butter
-1 1/2 tablespoons Molasses
-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon Ginger and Nutmeg mixed together
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix! Use as you would peanut butter, and make lovely seasonal tasting treats!
