Honey glazed carrots take a little more time and effort than this recipe! This one is super quick and easy, you will love it if you have a pressure cooker
Thyme-Honey Drizzled Carrots & Apples: Original Recipe
-Five carrots, peeled and cut into pieces lengthwise
-1/2 cup honey
-two or three springs of thyme
-dash of cinnamon
-Salt and pepper
-tablespoon Apple Cider vinegar
-One apple; peeled and sliced thinly
In a pressure cooker steam the baby carrots, for 7 minutes after the lever has gone up. In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Drain the carrots, and add drizzle the sauce, toss in the apple. Serve hot!
