Sweet and Savory Cream Cheeses

Cinnamon & Cranberry cream cheese spread

Pumpkin pie cream cheese spread

Fresh herbs and garlic cream cheese ball

Carrot and curry cream cheese dip

Cinnamon & Cranberry cream cheese spread:

Add one teaspoon cinnamon, and ¼ cup chopped dried cranberries to a package of cream cheese, mix, and enjoy!

Pumpkin Pie cream cheese spread:

Add four tablespoons of pumpkin butter (page____), and one teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (page_____) to a package of cream cheese. Mix it up, and enjoy cold, on a bagel, cake, or even add a little confectioners’ sugar and ice cupcakes with it.

Fresh herbs and garlic cream cheese ball:

Add one clove of minced garlic and two tablespoons of assorted fresh herbs to a package of cream cheese. Refrigerate, and form into a ball, add fresh herbs to the outside and use as a cracker spread or add lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and use as a nice fresh salad dressing.

Carrot and curry cream cheese dip:

Add three tablespoons of purred raw carrot and a teaspoon of yellow curry powder to a package of cream cheese, refrigerate and use as a spread, or add a teaspoon of liquid (milk, carrot juice, or water) and turn it into cold cheese dip! Dip crackers in it, at room temperature.
