Baked Plums with blueberry coulis

When I bought these plums I was disappointed they were sour!

I decided to find a way to make them more fun. With four plums, and a handful of blueberries I had in my fridge I set out on my mission.

Recipe:

Fresh plums, Halved and pitted

Handful o’ blueberries

one-two tablespoons brown sugar

spoonful of butter

(optional: Agave nectar)

rinse the plums once halved and lay face up on a lined baking sheet. Rub the top of plum with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, making sure to add in the crevices. Sprinkle blueberries and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375degrees.
