Honey Carrots make me smile!
Boil the carrots first, then make them “revenir” in butter and honey. What a yummy dinner with Coconut rice too.
I love baby spinach, I eat spinach morning, lunch and dinner.. sometimes I even wake up in the night for my spinach fix, It’s Awesome!
As a vegeterian, I used to be very concerned with getting enough Iron to suport my lifestyle, but with Spinach i’m fixed.

When I bought these plums I was disappointed they were sour!
I decided to find a way to make them more fun. With four plums, and a handful of blueberries I had in my fridge I set out on my mission.
Fresh plums, Halved and pitted
Handful o’ blueberries
one-two tablespoons brown sugar
spoonful of butter
(optional: Agave nectar)
rinse the plums once halved and lay face up on a lined baking sheet. Rub the top of plum with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, making sure to add in the crevices. Sprinkle blueberries and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375degrees.
